　それはブレビル社という会社。
　1932年にメルボルン市で設立されたので歴史がそこそこあるが、家電を中心に展開した。
　日本ではブレビル商品に関してバリスタが使うコーヒーメーカーかジューサーが主な商品だけど世界中に発売されている。日本ではお馴染み薄いが、トースターについて英語圏の一部ではトーストサンドが「ブレビル」と呼ばれているぐらい浸透している。

    ビッグ・ロブスターは、南オーストラリア州のキングストンＳＥという小さな町にあり、本土南部の最も有名な「Big Things」のひとつと言えるだろう。 　グラス繊維で作られているロブスターは高さ17メートル、長さ15.2メートルと幅13.7メートルで巨大であるが、元々のデザインが「メートル」じゃなくて「フィート」だったため最小に想定した大きさの約３倍となった。 　作られた当時はレストラン、お土産と小さな映画館があったが、数年前のリフォームによりレストランとワイン・テースティングが行う。 　キングストンにある理由はロブスターが同町の名物なのだ。 大きな地図で見る

    It was a bit of a landmark month as Aussie meet pies went on sale in central Tokyo as Pie Face opened a store in Shibuya, while down the road in Yokohama I got an unexpected chance to see Elton John live.
