To cheat, abuse, defraud, or obtain under false pretenses. It is usually used in reference to a system rather than individuals.

だます。不正使用する。だまし取る。普段、rortは、人などに対してより制度や組織に対して使う。いい例えとして、「架空請求」などがオーストラリアで行なった場合はおそらくrortと言われる。
