And their global franchise is also broadcast in Japan, with the lads in skivvies dubbed into Japanese. Oh, incidentally, the Japanese don’t really wear skivvies, so there is no word for skivvy in Japanese. There’s something similar, called babashaatsu, which literally means “old woman’s shirts,” but it would probably just be shitagi, or underwear.
